here. By the way, it is not a bad idea being stuck here because I have many
things to show to you guys. I will introducing you guys to the beautifulness of
Kuantan City. Believe me that you will never regret. Just go through this blog
and enjoy it.
Assalamualaikum and here we go. The first entry that will
change the entire blog. Little bit nervous but I am very happy when realize that
I am starting to be a blogger back. Roughly this blog is focusing on
introducing Kuantan to the worldwide. I will choose an interesting places that
people must have a visit
when in Kuantan and trying to introduce an awesome things that can be enjoy here.
People keep on questioned me why I choose Kuantan instead of my hometown which
is Kedah or another state. Randomly I answered it by saying that I am fall in
love with this state after about two and half years being studied here at Kolej
Professional Mara Indera Mahkota Kuantan. As people know life as a student and
teenagers we tend to avoid mainstream and explore something new. This is my
last year being stuck at Kuantan so let go and explore something that can be
unforgettable memories and enjoy the last moment being stuck here.

Hai Kuantan,
Kuantan is a capital state that located on the east coast and facing
the South China Sea. It is a modern commercial centre that still in a progress
of developing but fast than the others capital state on Pahang and yet
retaining its unique age- old charms. Nowadays, it has been develop by modern
high-rise structures of shop houses and colonial buildings.
Kuantan is lively, clean and full of greenery town that can be
categorize as refreshing countryside in Malaysia. Food is easily available as
there are many restaurants and food stalls selling local dish. Its nightlife is
an affair of colourfully decorated stalls selling handicraft and farm produce.
The State Mosque with its unique and minarets in a pastel shade of sky
blue and mint green, stands regal in the middle of the town. It is a well-known
landmark to all visitors coming into the town. Nearby, exactly opposite of are
the Kuantan Parade, Berjaya Megamall, East Coast Mall and Teruntum Complex,
three modern shopping and office complexes. The colonial-styled Courthouse, Art
Museum and the office of Pahang Tourism at Jalan Masjid, the Forestry
Department office and the post office, all add a lovely contrast to the many
new buildings sprouting around them.
However, old Kuantan is not lost amongst new developments. Take a
stroll down Jalan Besar and you are likely to savour a strong aroma of salted
fish and squids. Across the river, there are many famous that basically served their
famous ‘ikan bakar’ (grilled fish) that being one of attraction to people that
have a visit in Kuantan.

A visitors is invited to the Cultural Centre at Jalan Teluk Sisek
where cultural performances are held every weekend. As for the tourist that
would like to know more about places in Kuantan, you can go to the Tourist Information
Centre at Jalan Mahkota and they will provide you with a lot of information
that will help you a lot to explore Kuantan. Other than that, there is also a
cultural places that will suggested such
as a batik factory at Tanah Putih and the Esplanade where tourists enjoy the
scene in Kuantan river view and a busy jetty.
